I don’t have time write much, but I will add some photos and come back later. Today was the big Vatican tour, which was awesome. I paid a little extra to be in a small tour group, but our tour guide was one of the best ones. I’ve experienced her knowledge and passion were on display and as we navigated the large campus she had control of Location and the people around her that got us through to the best places so I would look for Maya Tours if you’re looking for a good Vatican tour, and make sure it is Barbara. 
After the tour, we hiked the 3 miles back to the flat stop in at a number of Piazza‘s and for lunch after a short two hour break, we headed back out to see the pantheon and then hit a rooftop bar that I can recommend more for its evening view.
